Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty components to minimize production downtime. Install and commission new production machinery and auxiliary equipment. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records of all service activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during maintenance operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reliability. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for system diagnostics. Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Bonus Qualifications PLC troubleshooting and programming experience. Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Welding and fabrication skills. HVAC or refrigeration certification.
