Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions. Install, test, and commission new manufacturing equipment. Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage accurately. Adhere to all safety protocols and LOTO procedures during maintenance operations. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Recommended Qualifications Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills. 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Vocational degree or equivalent certification in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or a related field. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). Basic computer skills for CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) usage. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming or advanced diagnostics. Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) or metal fabrication. Experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Formal training or certification in hydraulics and pneumatics.
