Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, labor costs, and external services. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Oversee urgent repairs and troubleshoot complex equipment failures to minimize production downtime. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset reliability and reduce maintenance costs. Collaborate with production and engineering teams on new equipment installations, upgrades, and operational improvements. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership and team management experience within a manufacturing maintenance department. Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems common in manufacturing environments. Extensive experience developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance budgets, control costs, and develop strategic maintenance plans. Commitment to maintaining high safety standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.
