Key Responsibilities Ensure high availability and performance of IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems supporting manufacturing operations. Manage and maintain the plant's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, workstations, and shop floor devices. Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures to protect industrial control systems (ICS), intellectual property, and critical data. Oversee the support, integration, and optimization of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. Drive technological innovation and process automation initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for critical manufacturing IT/OT systems. Manage IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with manufacturing operational goals and budget. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications (ERP, MES) within a manufacturing setting. Strong leadership and project management skills, including budget oversight and team development. Deep understanding of operational technology (OT) systems and their integration with IT (e.g., SCADA, PLCs, industrial IoT). Expertise in IT security, data integrity, and disaster recovery planning for critical manufacturing operations. Ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and drive process optimization. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Operational Technology (OT) systems (e.g., SCADA, MES, DCS). Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies (e.g., Industrial IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing). Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience. Experience with cybersecurity in OT environments.
