The Opportunity We are collaborating with multiple companies in Muskegon seeking experienced Maintenance Managers. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Oversee the troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul of manufacturing machinery and facility infrastructure. Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory and MRO procurement. Analyze equipment performance data to identify root causes of failures and implement effective corrective actions. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies. Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime, improve equipment reliability, and support operational efficiency. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience leading maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Demonstrated ability to develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices in an industrial setting.
