Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for production, technical, and administrative roles within the manufacturing plant. Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations. Facilitate new hire onboarding, safety orientations, and ongoing training and development programs for plant employees. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and corrective action plans. Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, generating reports for workforce planning and compliance. Assist with the administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll processes for the manufacturing workforce. Recommended Qualifications 3-5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong command of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA) and HR best practices. Demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution, particularly with hourly workforces. Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and retention strategies for diverse manufacturing roles. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and experience supporting workplace safety initiatives.
