Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and staffing for production and operations roles. Administer employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations. Oversee new hire onboarding, including safety orientations and job-specific training coordination. Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans. Process payroll and administer benefits programs for the manufacturing workforce. Conduct HR investigations and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, including OSHA regulations. Proven ability in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Proficiency with HRIS systems and strong analytical skills for HR reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution capabilities. Bonus Qualifications Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency with timekeeping systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Kronos). Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse workforce. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
