Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, skilled trades, and administrative staff. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, safety regulations (OSHA), and company policies. Administer and support performance management processes, including reviews and development plans for manufacturing teams. Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training programs, focusing on safety, compliance, and skills development. Process payroll, manage benefits administration, and oversee leave management in collaboration with relevant departments. Handle workers' compensation claims, promote a culture of safety, and conduct incident investigations. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including OSHA regulations and HR compliance specific to manufacturing. Proven ability in employee relations, conflict resolution, and full-cycle talent acquisition for diverse manufacturing roles. Proficiency with HRIS platforms and experience managing HR data, reporting, and process improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels, from the production floor to senior leadership.
