Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. Manage and oversee engineering projects focused on new product introduction, process optimization, and equipment upgrades. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and R&D to support operational goals. Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and strategic planning. Provide technical expertise and guidance for complex manufacturing challenges and problem resolution. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing). Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team. Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from conception to completion within a production setting. Experience with root cause analysis and implementing data-driven solutions for process optimization.
