Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of engineering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to optimize manufacturing capabilities and resolve technical issues. Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resources, and technology roadmap. Ensure the implementation and adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within engineering operations. Define and implement engineering strategies that align with overall business objectives and production goals. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and 7+ years of progressive engineering experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading and managing engineering teams in a manufacturing environment. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality management systems (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO). Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from design to implementation. Experience with budget management, resource planning, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
