Establish and maintain engineering standards, best practices, and documentation for manufacturing operations. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing engineering teams and projects within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical background in manufacturing processes, automation, and relevant engineering disciplines. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Experience with strategic planning, budget management, and capital expenditure for engineering projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as robotics, automation, or IoT. Proficiency with ERP/PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Teamcenter). Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to mass production.
