Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. Oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of manufacturing engineering projects. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce costs. Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with production goals and business objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices. Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively for engineering activities. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma), and quality systems. Demonstrated experience managing complex engineering projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, budget control, and timely delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of implementing effective technical and operational solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
