Patient Care Coordinator - Receptionist (Spring, TX)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience Type: Full-Time, Onsite Role Purpose This role manages incoming communication, lobby flow, and basic scheduling , ensuring every client interaction reflects SVIs professionalism and commitment to patient care. Primary Focus Inbound communication and client experience. Core Responsibilities Greet and assist pet owners arriving for imaging appointments Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general email inquiries Schedule routine services such as ultrasound, echocardiography, and follow-up visits Manage patient check-in, discharge, and appointment flow Collect and organize patient records from referring veterinary clinics Maintain accurate patient records in EzyVet and scheduling systems Present estimates, collect deposits, and process payments Provide clear instructions for appointments and pre-procedure requirements Key Skills Developed Client service and emotional intelligence Veterinary medical terminology Scheduling and hospital workflow management Medical records coordination Front desk operations in a medical environment Schedule & Benefits Full-time, 8-hour weekday shifts.
