David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Surveillance Controller for their Gaming studios in Bogota, Colombia. Position: Senior Surveillance Controller Location: Bogota, Colombia Employment type: Full-time Remuneration: Base salary DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor live operations to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Detect, report, and document irregularities, suspicious behavior, or operational issues in a timely and accurate manner Support investigations by gathering evidence, reviewing footage or data, and preparing detailed incident reports Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Risk, Compliance, Operations) to maintain the integrity of business processes Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, particularly in handling complex or sensitive cases Identify opportunities for improving surveillance practices, operational processes, and team training initiatives Maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate the highest ethical standards in all activities. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent in Spanish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication Proven experience in surveillance, monitoring, compliance, or a related field; leadership or senior-level experience is an advantage Strong understanding of operational risks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support colleagues Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities with a focus on identifying and mitigating risks High attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize irregularities in live or dynamic environments Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a 24/7 setting Strong professionalism, integrity, and accountability Effective communication skills (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across departments Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with monitoring or surveillance systems Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms) Background in process improvement, compliance, or security-focused initiatives.
