Salesforce Business Analyst

At RDT Ingenieros , we are expanding our Digital & IT team and are looking to incorporate a Salesforce Business Analyst to work remotely . Your day-to-day responsibilities Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quoting . Configure and manage the Salesforce platform to ensure it meets business needs. Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate functional requirements into Salesforce solutions . Participate in CRM–ERP integration projects , particularly with platforms such as SAP . Manage data models, data migrations, and data loading processes using tools such as Data Loader or ETL solutions. Work within an Agile/Scrum environment , actively participating in ceremonies and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions to optimize sales processes . Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across the Salesforce ecosystem. What we are looking for Strong background in analyzing and improving business processes , particularly related to sales and quoting. Experience integrating CRM systems with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable. Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment . Proficiency in Salesforce configuration , with strong knowledge of data models, database concepts, and data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools, etc.). Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality . Excellent problem-solving skills , with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills , able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Self-motivated , capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Developer .
