Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (100% Remote – Europe)

Exciting news: RDT keeps growing, and this time we’re expanding internationally! 🌍🚀 We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in a fully remote position based in Europe , working 100% in English . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem while collaborating with international teams. 🔎 Key Responsibilities: Analyze and improve business processes related to sales and quotation/budgeting . Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions within Salesforce . Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and processes. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Support integrations between CRM and other enterprise systems . ✅ Requirements: Solid experience in business process analysis and improvement , particularly in sales and quoting/budgeting processes . Strong experience with Salesforce configuration . Good understanding of data models, database concepts, and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader, ETL tools). Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments . High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy . Excellent problem-solving skills , with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills , able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
