Swedish Cloud Solution Specialist – Málaga, Spain Introduction A leading provider of cloud and digital solutions is seeking a Swedish-speaking Cloud Solution Specialist (Cloud SP) to join their team in the Málaga area. In this role, you will act as a technical and commercial advisor for one of the world's largest BigTech companies, helping business clients adopt and optimize cloud-based technologies. This position is ideal for experienced sales or technical professionals looking to advance their careers in a Mediterranean tech hub. Responsibilities Drive Business Growth: Secure new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing and new accounts. Consultative Selling: Translate customer business objectives and IT strategies into clear, value-driven cloud propositions (covering Modern Workplace, Data & BI, and Apps & Infrastructure). Technical Advisory: Provide technical product overviews and insights tailored to specific client needs and usage scenarios. Solution Architecture: Conduct technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals that detail architecture and pricing for cloud migrations. Training & Leadership: Deliver group and one-on-one training sessions across the center to share subject matter expertise. Performance: Meet and exceed targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline growth, and operational metrics. Continuous Learning: Deepen cloud knowledge through ongoing certifications and research into emerging computing trends. Requirements Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish (C1/C2) and professional English (B2+). Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in technology-related sales, business development, or pre-sales environments. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud architecture, identity/security, and collaboration tools. Certifications: Minimum Cloud Fundamentals certification is required; L200 certification (Associate level) is highly preferred. Education: Bachelors degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences. Mindset: A results-driven, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, international team setting.
