Purpose of the Role: Responsible for the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles and lift equipment to ensure reliability, quality, and cost efficiency within set timelines. Here's how you would make an impact: Perform testing, troubleshooting, inspection, repair, maintenance, and assembly of vehicle and lift equipment components. Request and coordinate the acquisition of needed parts and materials for repairs. Inspect and assess vehicles to ensure roadworthiness before deployment. Conduct road or post-repair testing to validate repair quality and reliability. Record and report all completed repair and inspection transactions for documentation and system updating. Account for tools and parts during issuance and return and submit documentation to Motorpool Supervisors or Technical Staff. Here's what we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in industrial or automotive technology or related field. Preferably with experience in Motorpool operations or vehicle/equipment maintenance. TESDA National Certification in Automotive Servicing, Engine Repair, or Automotive Mechanic. Valid Drivers License. Training in Motorpool operations, defensive driving, or vehicle troubleshooting (in-house or external). Basic skills in auto mechanics, troubleshooting, and documentation. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Adaptable, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong time management. Customer-focused and willing to learn new technologies.
