Digital Analyst

M&D Mechanical Contractors is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join our team in Decatur, AL. This part-time position will require 20 hours of work per week and will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to help drive digital marketing strategies. As a Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various digital sources such as website traffic, social media engagement, and email campaigns. You will use this data to identify trends, measure performance, and provide insights to inform our digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Collect and organize data from various digital sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, and email campaigns - Use data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and recommendations for digital marketing strategies - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital analytics - Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in digital analytics or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficient in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms - Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Google Data Studio - Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Familiarity with HVAC or construction industry is a plus At M&D Mechanical Contractors, we value innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
