This is a full-time, on-site role with local travel to meet face-to-face with prospects and key accounts. You will work closely with our recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Territory-based B2B sales with in-person prospecting and client acquisition Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Attend networking events to expand client base Prepare sales reports, negotiate contracts, and ensure exceptional customer service Collaborate with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions Qualifications: 3 – 4 years of B2B sales, business development, or account management experience Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and networking Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficient with CRM software and sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Staffing industry experience is a plus Hard Skills: B2B sales, in-person prospecting, client acquisition, market research, lead generation, sales reporting, contract negotiation Soft Skills: Relationship building, teamwork, independent problem solving, client-focused communication Additional Details: Local travel only (within 25–30 miles) – no overnight trips Company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop provided
