Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines. Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and technical specifications. Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, and part quality. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machinery and work areas. Adjust machine offsets and programming to achieve specified tolerances. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of experience operating multi-axis CNC mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T. Strong understanding and ability to edit G-code and M-code programs. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges. Ability to perform tool changes, set offsets, and conduct basic machine maintenance.
