Demonstrated strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or engineering drawings. Proven track record of cost reduction and process improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor). Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies. Prior experience with commodity-specific sourcing (e.g., MRO, raw materials, electronics components). Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management). Experience in supplier development or quality auditing.
