Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of direct purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor) for procurement processes Demonstrated negotiation and supplier relationship management skills Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, or engineering drawings Strong understanding of supply chain principles and logistics in a production setting Bonus Qualifications Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Demonstrated success in cost reduction initiatives or value engineering projects. Proficiency in global sourcing and logistics.
