Key Responsibilities Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. Design, implement, and monitor process control strategies and systems. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with process analysis tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis). Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and optimize manufacturing processes. Experience applying Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
