Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience (8+ years) in manufacturing operations management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in driving operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a diverse workforce. Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems (e.g., ISO), safety regulations (OSHA), and production planning. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Experience leading advanced automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Proven track record in successful change management initiatives. MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field.
