Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime. Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors. Oversee the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support manufacturing goals and projects. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing maintenance teams, including scheduling, performance, and safety. Proficiency with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and experience implementing preventative/predictive maintenance programs. Strong technical understanding of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
