By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees. Manage hazardous waste streams, environmental permits, and reporting requirements. Oversee emergency preparedness and response plans, including drills and training. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations. Professional certification such as CSP, CIH, or CHMM. Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 45001). Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodology experience. Experience implementing and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). Proficiency with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, Sphera). Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation. Experience in a multi-site or global manufacturing operation.
