Key Responsibilities Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close and preparation of financial statements. Manage the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Direct cost accounting activities, including standard cost development, variance analysis, and inventory valuation. Establish and maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting principles. Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA certification preferred. 5-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial modeling tools. Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency with advanced data visualization and business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Demonstrated understanding of Lean manufacturing principles and their financial implications. Experience with ERP system implementations or significant upgrades within a manufacturing environment. Exposure to international accounting standards (IFRS) or multi-currency financial reporting.
