Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes. Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and robotic systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with existing automation equipment and control systems. Optimize manufacturing line performance and efficiency through automation upgrades and process improvements. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to integrate new automation technologies. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including electrical schematics, user manuals, and standard operating procedures. Ensure all automation projects and systems comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics, motion control, and vision systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for complex automation systems and industrial networks. Proven ability to design, implement, and commission automation solutions in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots). Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms for manufacturing data (e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Ignition MES). Knowledge of industrial vision systems for quality inspection or guidance (e.g., Cognex, Keyence). Understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and network architecture for industrial control systems.
