Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closure of manufacturing projects, from concept to completion. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements, ensuring alignment with production targets. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within financial constraints. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, particularly those related to production, supply chain, and quality. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain departments. Monitor project progress, report on performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project trajectory. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and support the efficient introduction of new products. Recommended Qualifications Direct experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles. Proficiency with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira). Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Familiarity with CAD software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools. Knowledge of automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles.
