Key Responsibilities Source and recruit skilled trades, production operators, engineers, and administrative staff for manufacturing operations. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer extension and onboarding support. Partner closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand specific departmental needs and job requirements. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for plant environments. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive industrial market. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and generate recruitment reports. Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices within the manufacturing sector. Recommended Qualifications Experience recruiting specifically for manufacturing, industrial, or production roles. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific terminology. Proven ability to source and attract niche technical and skilled trades talent. Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment within a high-volume environment. Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., lean manufacturing, CNC machining, automation). Experience leveraging recruitment analytics to optimize sourcing strategies. Demonstrated ability to source for hard-to-fill technical or skilled trades roles. Multilingual capabilities to support a diverse candidate pool. Prior experience contributing to employer branding efforts within a manufacturing environment.
