Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
