Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. Perform internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications. Analyze quality data, trends, and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive process optimization. Manage the disposition of non-conforming materials and coordinate rework or scrap activities. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on new product introduction to ensure quality requirements are met. Ensure products and processes comply with relevant regulatory guidelines and customer requirements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis). Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
