Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans. Lead root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances. Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage the Non-Conforming Material (NCM) process, including disposition and Material Review Board (MRB) activities. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949). Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP, PPAP, and FMEA activities. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and enhance manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in core quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, Root Cause Analysis, Control Plans). Strong understanding and application of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100). Demonstrated ability to apply statistical methods for process control and improvement. Experience with Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
