Reporting to the Transportation Manager, your core skills in truck driving and commercial driving will be essential in navigating various routes. With a focus on refrigerated trailers, your premium skills in manual transmission and load management will enhance operational efficiency. Your relevant experience as a delivery driver and familiarity with freight handling will contribute to our commitment to excellence in service. Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload freight, utilizing forklifts and other equipment as necessary. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and delivery schedules. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
