VIP Account Executive (German Speaking)

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a VIP Account Executive (Fluent in German) to join our client's team on a shift basis. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with high-value players within an online gaming portfolio, ensuring a premium and personalised customer experience. This role focuses on building strong one-to-one relationships with VIP customers, enhancing player loyalty, and maximising long-term value through tailored offers and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. Working closely with internal teams, the VIP Account Executive will monitor player activity, identify behavioural patterns, and implement strategies that support retention and growth. This role also requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple VIP relationships while maintaining a high level of service. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing long-term engagement with VIP players while ensuring that the overall player experience remains personalised, professional, and rewarding. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of VIP players with the objective of increasing retention and player value Build strong one-to-one relationships and create tailored offers to enhance the VIP experience Monitor player activity and analyse KPIs to identify trends and optimise engagement strategies Handle VIP player queries related to games, payments, promotions, and rewards Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regular and targeted communication with VIP customers Key Requirements: Fluency in German (written and spoken) Minimum 2 years experience in iGaming Customer Support or at least 1 year in a VIP-related role Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret player data and prioritise actions A Level education or equivalent qualification #LI-DNP
