Tasks We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect, experienced across APO, CSM and ITSM, to provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for enterprise-level implementations. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to shape scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and platform best practices. Requirements ServiceNow Experience: 6+ years Architect / Tech Lead Experience: 3+ years CMDB & ITSM Master Data Management (MDM) IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance) CSM module (customer workflows) Proven ability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks. Strong understanding of platform integrations, data models, and automation. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams).
