The Role We are looking for a Senior Android Developer to join our global Engineering organization. In this role, you will be a key contributor to a high-impact, scaling segment of our platform that is central to our international growth strategy. You will join a diverse, distributed technical team where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and technical leadership. We are looking for a "Product Engineer"—someone who doesn't just build to specifications but seeks to understand the domain and user needs to deliver maximum quality and long-term value. How to make an impact Drive Full-Cycle Development: Take ownership of Android features within our 2-week sprints, moving code from development through to production. About you You are a proactive, autonomous engineer who thrives in an environment where you are empowered to make decisions. Your background 6–10 years of professional experience in mobile software engineering. Strong expertise in Android development using Android Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Proven ability to work autonomously within an agile framework (2-week sprints) and manage the full production lifecycle. Experience with AI-integrated development or a keen interest in leveraging AI to enhance mobile applications. A "Product Mindset"—the ability to understand the domain and advocate for the best user experience. This role is remote, but the candidate must be based in Colombia. A
