We are looking for a proactive individual who can lead the school’s data strategy, ensuring that student performance information is accurate and used to drive consistently outstanding quality in teaching and learning. Responsibilities Manage the school’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data integrity Produce high-calibre statutory returns (census) and internal performance reports Analyze student assessment data to identify trends and support academic interventions Lead on the scheduling and organization of the school timetable Provide technical expertise and training to staff on data usage and reporting Qualifications and Experience Proven experience managing data within an educational or complex public sector setting Proficiency in MIS software (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor) Meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills Must have the right to work in the UK Salary and Benefits Salary Range: £32,000 – £39,000 Full-time, permanent position with an immediate start Dedicated member of the SLT responsible for staff wellbeing Access to professional development and modern facilities How to Apply If you’re a data professional ready to join an outstanding school community, submit your CV now!
