The end-customer is a major global cloud service provider , recognized as a top international player supporting large-scale enterprises in e‑commerce, finance, media, gaming, and technology. 🚀 RECRUITMENT CONTEXT : To support its growth in Central Europe, our client is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist based in Frankfurt, Germany . This role focuses on sales operations, pipeline management, and strategic sales support across Germany and nearby markets, helping regional sales teams improve performance and drive sustainable revenue growth. 🎯 ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : As a Sales Operations Specialist , you will be responsible for: Sales Operations & Pipeline Management Support the frontline sales team by tracking, consolidating, and managing short- and long-term sales data on a weekly basis Take responsibility for regional lead generation tracking, management, and systematic pipeline operations Support regional leaders in identifying sales gaps and developing recovery plans Assist with strategic account planning and performance data analysis Manage weekly sales reporting, planning, and operational tasks Collaboration with Internal Teams Work closely with regional sales teams, marketing, operations, and headquarters to support revenue growth initiatives Serve as a liaison between regional sales teams and HQ sales management Support internal programs designed to drive pipeline growth and sales performance Assist in implementing sales policies, processes, and cadence to ensure adoption and compliance across regional teams Sales Process Optimization & Tools Implement new technologies and tools to support sales effectiveness Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems Maintain and improve sales databases and reporting dashboards Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and performance 👨‍💼 PROFILE SOUGHT : Experience: More than 1 year in sales support, sales operations, or business analysis , ideally in an IT or technology environment Education: Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Business, Technology, or Data-related field Skills & Knowledge: Strong analytical and organizational skills with sound commercial understanding Experience working with sales data, pipeline tracking, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) SQL or data analytics skills are considered a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Languages: Fluent in German and English. 💰 SALARY AND BENEFITS : Salary: Final compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process. 📫 APPLICATION PROCESS : To apply, click directly below.
