QC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and train QC team members to achieve quality objectives and performance targets. Build a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews and capability development planning. 2. Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation Ensure all procedures and processes defined by the QMS are properly implemented and maintained. Monitor compliance with ISO/IATF standards and internal corporate policies. Maintain documentation and ensure readiness for audits. 3. Quality Control & Process Improvement Proactively implement preventive measures and controls in key production areas to prevent critical quality issues. Monitor and analyze quality data from automation stations and production lines. Establish KPIs (Yield, FPY, PPM, Cp/Cpk) and drive continuous yield improvement. 4. Defect Analysis & Corrective Actions Conduct defect analysis using structured methodologies (8D, PDCA, FMEA, DOE). Collect and categorize defect data to identify root causes. Lead corrective and preventive action plans to eliminate recurring defect types. 5. Audit & Supplier Quality Management Lead and coordinate internal audits and supplier quality audits. Ensure compliance with corporate standards and industry regulations. Follow up on audit findings and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. 6. Customer Quality Assurance Maintain superior quality performance for key customers. Handle customer complaints and lead corrective action responses. Classify and manage open quality issues according to risk level. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of quality experience in manufacturing; minimum 2 years in supervisory role. Strong knowledge of quality tools: SPC, FMEA, MSA, 8D, PDCA, DOE. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific quality systems. Proficient in data analysis tools (Minitab, JMP, Excel). Good English communication skills. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
