Branch Director

Job Title: Branch Director Location: Conroe, Texas Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually plus 10% annual bonus Shift: Monday through Friday On-Call: Administrative on-call rotation approximately 1 week every 2–3 months, taken from home Job Overview: We are seeking a clinically licensed hospice leader to oversee and grow our clients' Conroe branch. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable census growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day hospice operations Lead, coach, and retain an interdisciplinary team Rebuild culture, improve morale, and strengthen accountability Partner with sales leadership to support responsible census growth Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality standards Scale staffing and workflows during growth Required Qualifications: Hospice leadership experience required Clinical background required, RN preferred Proven success in managing hospice census growth Strong people leadership and operational management skills Experience collaborating with sales teams Benefits: Competitive salary plus annual bonus High-visibility leadership role Opportunity to lead growth and expansion within a stable organization
