Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist – Lisbon (Hybrid) / German Speaker (C2)* We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team in Lisbon (Anjos Office). Position Details Work Model: Hybrid (subject to change in the future) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Lisbon, Portugal Contract Type: Permanent contract with 180-day probation period Job Responsibilities Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers Manage and optimize mainly Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) Create keyword packages, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations Develop expertise across Google products (GSN, Mobile, YouTube, etc.) Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on KPIs Requirements Minimum 12 months of experience in ads optimization (Google, Facebook, TikTok, or other digital platforms) Strong knowledge of Google Network Settings (Search Network, Display Network, YouTube, etc.) Strong Excel knowledge Analytical mindset Good understanding of KPIs Salary & Benefits Annual Base Salary: €23,000 Language Premium: €3,240/year Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary Average Monthly Total: €2,356 Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net, meal card) Transportation Bonus: €720/year Health Insurance & Life Insurance (Family plan included – spouse & children) Relocation Support Bureaucratic support for NIF and NISS Assistance in finding accommodation €2,000 gross relocation bonus (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal) €1,000 gross relocation bonus (for candidates moving within the Lisbon metropolitan area)
