Sales Manager - Egg-laying Poultry

Job brief To drive business growth for the Company's egg-laying poultry solutions in Egypt by developing strong market channels, identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and ensuring effective contract execution while strengthening the company's market presence and brand influence in the region. Responsibilities Negotiate business, sign high-quality contracts, and complete newly signed tasks; Follow up on contract fulfillment progress, assist in project delivery, and collect receivables; Develop and maintain marketing channels, including agents, client visits, industry consultants, and government agencies, to identify business opportunities; Gain market insights: Gather and analyze market information on customer needs, competitor trends, and major competitors to support marketing planning; Plan marketing activities, such as media promotions, exhibitions, training sessions, and observation sessions, to enhance Company's brand influence in the region. Requirements Bachelors degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the poultry, livestock, feed, or agricultural equipment industry. Strong relationships with poultry producers, layer farms, and agribusiness stakeholders in Egypt; government relations are an advantage. Experience in poultry production systems or sales of poultry equipment, feed solutions, or farm projects. Background with poultry equipment manufacturers or agribusiness companies; experience with large-scale poultry farms preferred.
