Software Engineer (Full Stack) Location: New York, USA (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $180,000 – $260,000 base + equity Overview A fast-growing crypto technology company is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its in-house engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO and take ownership of product features from initial requirements through production deployment. This position is ideal for a product-focused engineer who enjoys building end-to-end solutions and shipping high-quality software across both frontend and backend systems. Key Responsibilities Own features from requirements definition through production deployment Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript across the stack Develop and maintain internal tools and engineering systems Ship features across external platforms and company products Build polished and intuitive user interfaces using React Integrate third-party APIs and services Contribute to improving engineering standards, performance, and code quality Requirements Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js Experience with Next.js and modern databases such as Postgres or Prisma is a plus Ability to design user flows or lightweight wireframes before implementation Comfortable using modern AI tools to improve development speed Product-oriented mindset with the ability to turn ambiguous ideas into shipped software Strong ownership mentality and hands-on engineering approach Whats Offered Competitive compensation package with equity Opportunity to work closely with technical leadership High ownership and impact on product development Collaborative engineering environment
