Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist – Automotive Industry – Barcelona, Spain Introduction A global customer experience and technology services provider is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support a premium automotive brand. This role is based in Barcelona and involves engaging with prospective customers who have expressed interest in luxury vehicles or services. Responsibilities Conduct structured follow-up calls with prospective customers interested in premium automotive products. Represent the brand with high professionalism, ensuring superior customer satisfaction. Identify and address customer concerns, particularly regarding pricing and product specifications. Reinforce brand value and provide clear information to assist the customer's decision-making process. Collect and summarize key insights from customer interactions to support sales and retailer teams. Manage end-to-end communication with prospects, from follow-up to formal offers. Ensure all interactions align with the brands premium quality standards and customer experience expectations. Requirements Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken). High school diploma required (a background in business, communications, or automotive studies is an advantage). Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the automotive or premium goods sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with high-end or executive-level clients. Genuine interest in the automotive industry and high-end products. Professional and structured approach to discussing sensitive topics like pricing and offers. Comfortable following call guidelines and producing written summaries of customer interactions. What is Offered Work Location : Training based in Barcelona, with the option to work remotely anywhere in Spain after the initial training period. Full-time permanent contract (39 hours per week).
