Sourcer / Recruiter

Ren Recruits is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcer/Recruiter (remote) based in South America to join our team on a part-time basis. As a growing recruitment agency, we specialize in sourcing top talent for a wide range of industries and positions. Responsibilities: - Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent for our clients - Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for specific roles - Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals - Collaborate with our team of recruiters to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure timely and successful placements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our sourcing and screening processes - Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system - Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sourcing, preferably in an agency setting - Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean searches - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in a variety of industries and positions - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred This is a part-time position with flexible hours, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
