Working directly from our Durban hub , you will handle inbound inquiries, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience. Key Focus Areas: End-to-End Resolution: Take ownership of high-profile cases from initial contact to final solution. Customer Advocacy: Manage product orders, payment inquiries, and logistics, providing tailored recommendations along the way. Operational Excellence: Meet and exceed performance-based targets while maintaining strict compliance and information security standards. Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to team success by sharing insights and staying ahead of campaign developments. What We Are Looking For Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in German (B2 level or higher) . Proven Experience: A minimum of 6 months in an international contact center environment. Educational Background: Matric qualification. Tech Savvy: High level of PC literacy with a focus on navigation speed and data accuracy. Availability: Ability to work rotational shifts within a 24-hour operational window. Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing work orders within strict SLAs.
