Job Overview Alkaram Textile Mills is looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join its team in Karachi. The role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting workforce planning, recruitment, and performance management. Job Description: Act as strategic HR partner to business leaders and align HR initiatives with business goals. Support workforce planning, budgeting, and organizational structuring. Manage end-to-end recruitment in coordination with department heads. Drive performance management cycle and support managers on performance issues. Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and provide insights. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Facilitate succession planning and talent development.
