HEAD OF PRODUCTION (TEAM LEADER) – WIPER

Location: Senai Industrial Park, Johor Industry: Automotive Manufacturing Salary: Up to RM7,000 (Depending on Experience) Working Hours: Monday – Saturday (9:00AM – 6:00PM) About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Head of Production (Team Leader) to lead the Wiper Production Division. This position requires strong leadership, solid automotive manufacturing background, and the ability to manage production planning, manpower, and operational performance effectively. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily production operations (Wiper assembly line) Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality KPIs are met Manage manpower planning, attendance, and team discipline Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime Coordinate closely with QA, Maintenance, Planning & Warehouse Ensure compliance with safety standards and SOP Drive continuous improvement initiatives Prepare production reports for management review Requirements Must be Malaysian candidates Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing Proven experience managing production teams Automotive background is mandatory Mandarin & Chinese language proficiency is mandatory (for stakeholder communication) Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills Why Apply? ✔ Competitive salary up to RM7,000 ✔ Leadership-level role ✔ Established automotive manufacturing environment ✔ Career growth opportunity
