Application Production Support Engineer This is your mission Are you passionate about application reliability, automation and delivering high‑quality support for critical IT environments? Then this position is for you. As an Application Production Support Engineer , you will be responsible for ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement of transversal applications, while contributing to the evolution of next‑generation infrastructure and automation practices. Build side: Contribute to the definition of non‑functional requirements for new applications Participate in the design and evolution of application environments Support CI/CD pipeline development and delivery automation Propose and implement optimizations (scripts, server configuration, tooling) Support projects in defining technical solutions and capacity needs Participate in server instances validation and migration activities Contribute to tool and platform evolution (Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud services) Run side: Provide functional support to users across multiple applications Monitor application status and infrastructure resource usage Manage incidents, crisis calls and communications within SLAs Diagnose root causes, define tactical solutions and follow up on incidents Execute technical tasks including installation, administration and troubleshooting Ensure change, problem, capacity, continuity and asset/obsolescence management Maintain application documentation and follow ITIL best practices Collaborate with IT Production, ICP Teams and development teams Perform environment validations, script reviews and post‑release checkouts This is your background You have at least 10 years of experience in demanding IT production, Linux administration or application support environments. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, optimizing processes, and working with modern infrastructures.
